My Predominantly Plant-Based Nutrition Philosophy






About a year ago, I transformed my life with the adoption of my “Predominantly Plant-Based” nutrition philosophy.

Predominantly Plant-Based is a way of eating that takes into account the scientific health benefits of a plant-based diet AND the psychological/physical benefits of intuitive eating.

When I first told people about my new diet, naturally they had a lot of questions! Why was I doing this? Why didn’t I want to go fully vegan? And what exactly does “Predominantly Plant-Based” mean?!

As this nutrition philosophy has become a cornerstone of my work as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I wanted to make a video clearly up these common questions and sharing with you the evidence behind this health-promoting pattern of eating.

There will be many more videos to come on the benefits of a plant-based diet and how to start working these principals into your own life, but for now, this is just an overview!
