You ever get that feeling where you see a video of food and you’re like “Damn I need that”?
That’s what happened to us when we saw the videos from ETTV & FoodyTrip!
So we decided to make a ton of vegan-friendly cream cheese garlic bread inspired by the famous Korean street food

Serves 12 Burger Buns
(feel free to divide the recipe)

12 x Sunshine Extra Fine Wholemeal Burger Buns (yes, this is vegan friendly )
Lightly cut into 6 sections each
.
For the Cream Cheese:
Soaked Cashews 130g
Silken Tofu 300g
Lemon juice to taste
Icing sugar 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
.
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Vegan Butter 211g (I’m using Nutellex, melted in microwave)
Minced Garlic 152g
Mixed Herbs
Salt to taste
Egg replacer 15g
Almond milk 80ml
.
We baked it in our @mayerspore oven for about 12 minutes at 180degC.
